## From upload to a documented review

 1. **Upload a recent bill.** Provide your business name, contact email, service state,
    and one PDF, JPG, or PNG, up to 8 MB. Include all pages in one PDF when possible.
 2. **Receive an on-screen confirmation.** The bill receives an AI-assisted preliminary
    screening. The internal report goes only to our audit team; customers do not receive
    an automated analysis email.
 3. **Agree on the full engagement.** Our team follows up about the required records,
    audit and recovery agreement, and letter of authorization.
 4. **Review the historical evidence.** Calculate supported monthly differences and
    prepare the appropriate utility or supplier dispute.
 5. **Verify any recovery.** Confirm refunds or credits actually received, then invoice
    the agreed recovery fee.

## Commercial utility bill audit cost

Our standard recovery fee is **30% of historical refunds or credits actually recovered**.
There is no recovery fee if nothing is recovered. Your signed agreement specifies
the scope, fee, payment trigger, and responsibilities.

Standard fee: $1,500.
Your business retains: $3,500.

Standard fee: $6,000.
Your business retains: $14,000.

These examples explain the fee; they are not past results or forecasts. Large, straightforward
claims may have a negotiated fee. Work involving outside specialists may have different
agreed terms.

A preliminary screen does not establish a refund amount or complete a three-year
audit. No recovery is guaranteed. Confirm all fee and specialist arrangements in
the written agreement before proceeding.

The upload is an initial screening step. It helps our team identify questions and
decide which records to request. It does not authorize a supplier dispute or establish
an amount your business will recover.

Before recovery work begins, the audit agreement and letter of authorization establish
scope and responsibilities. You should understand the fee and payment trigger before
committing to the full engagement.

No. It starts a preliminary screening. A full audit and recovery engagement requires
a signed agreement and letter of authorization.

Will I receive the AI report by email?

The report is sent only to our audit team. The website confirms receipt after the
submission is accepted, and the team follows up with you.

When is the recovery fee calculated?

The standard fee applies to historical refunds or credits actually recovered, with
the precise payment terms set by your signed agreement. An estimate or disputed 
amount is not the same as an actual recovery.
