Recovery work requires a signed audit agreement and letter of authorization. The
agreement establishes the scope, fee, payment trigger, and responsibilities.

The upload tool uses OpenAI for preliminary screening. Its findings go to our audit
team for follow-up and verification rather than becoming automatic customer-facing

## How your uploaded bill is handled

The form asks for consent before sending your bill to OpenAI. Original uploads are

Library. Contact details and preliminary reports are retained in administrator-only
Bill Reviews and emailed to the team’s configured inbox for follow-up.

OpenAI processing and email retention follow the connected account and mail-provider
terms. Ask us about data handling or removal before uploading if you need a different
arrangement. Redact bank details and unrelated personal information.
